Program & Engagement Support
- Support delivery of leadership programs and consulting engagements
- Work with internal teams to ensure structured execution and clear communication
- Assist in preparing materials, agendas, and supporting documentation
Client & Stakeholder Collaboration
- Collaborate with clients, facilitators, and internal teams to maintain alignment
- Track progress and follow up on key action points
- Ensure a consistent and professional client experience
Strategy & Insights Development
- Support research and analysis across leadership and organizational topics
- Synthesize complex information into clear, structured outputs
- Contribute to internal frameworks, tools, and knowledge resources
Qualifications
- Experience in consulting, operations, research, or organizational development
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
- Clear written and verbal communication
